    This client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing utility usage across their U.S. portfolio and ensuring accurate cost recovery from tenants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and analyze seasonal cost trends, tenant utility usage, and recapture rates, providing regular reports.
    • Develop and implement a standardized process for utility bill-backs.
    • Prepare monthly reconciliations and allocate tenant charges for utility bill-backs.
    • Drive continuous process improvement through re-design and automation initiatives.
    • Conduct industry and location-specific trend analysis to recommend strategies for enhancing profitability.
    • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
    • Assist with audits and other special projects as required.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
    • Experience with YARDI software is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS365 Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proactive attitude with a passion for driving process innovation.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
