    Position Overview:
    Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing both historical and current financial data. Your insights will drive key business decisions, support financial planning, and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

    What You'll Do:

    • Analyze financial results to identify trends, performance metrics, and benchmarks.

    • Prepare and review monthly financial statements with detailed variance analysis.

    • Design and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time business insights.

    • Develop dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives.

    • Prepare moderately complex journal entries as part of the accounting process.

    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

    • Support month-end close processes for timely and accurate financial reporting.

    • Collaborate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and insights.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing internal controls.

    • Take on ad-hoc reporting and special finance/accounting projects as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or accounting.

    • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling capabilities.

    • Systems Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (financial system implementation a plus); Sage 300 experience preferred.

    • Accounting Proficiency: Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

    • Key Attributes: Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
