Responsibilities: • Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums • Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims • Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales • Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary • Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance • Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management or supervisory position • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • 4-year degree in finance or business administration • Must have active insurance agent license in your state • Active Life Insurance license is a bonus (Not required) • Previous experience is a bonus (Not required) • Must be coachable, good driven mindset, and value integrity Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+
