    • Team with the Plants and Corporate Operations Finance teams with systems, process improvements, and implementation of changes.

    • Lead projects and team assignments for general accounting and financial analysis activities at the corporate level.

    • Collects and analyzes consolidated and/or Plant specific, product and process results and statistics.

    • Responsible for review and modification of internal controls.

    • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end fixed asset and lease journal entries, account reconciliations and other documents and provides annual budgets to all locations. Also assist with financial bridge process and variance analysis.

    • Leads fixed asset and lease accounting process.

    • Prepare, review and maintain fixed asset addition, disposal and transfer requests.

    • Maintain Lease Query software and provide all financial reporting documentation needed related to ASC842.

    • Accountable for leading special projects as assigned by VP, Corporate Controller.

    • Responsible for adhering to all internal and OSHA required safety procedures in performing daily work activities.

    • Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.

    • Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.

    This full-time salary-exempt role is a part of our corporate finance team and reports to the Corporate Controller.

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

    • 5-8 years’ experience in related Corporate financial, operational, or business analysis.

    • Understanding of financial systems, manufacturing systems, general ledger, standardized cost accounting, along with budgeting and forecasting is a plus.

    • Understanding of financial and performance data; manufacturing environment a plus.

    • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

    • Knowledge of FAS, QAD, Lease Query and One Stream is a plus.

    • Advance proficiency of MS Excel and financial consolidation software.

    EDUCATION & SKILLS:

    Applies excellent functional knowledge in utilizing multiple web based systems for recruiting and onboarding, HRIS, time and attendance, leave management and more.  Effectively leads and mentors assigned team members as well as local supervisors/managers on elements of effective Human Resources and effective employee management. Working knowledge in all areas pertinent to the management of all HR functions including compensation, staffing, employee involvement, EEO/AAP, safety training and policy development.  Current knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to HR.  Must have effective counseling skills in areas of performance and behavioral problems, conflict resolution and career development.  Ability to communicate with all levels of employees effectively.  Consistently contributes effort, leadership, and creative thinking to solving complex and significant problems in a collaborative fashion. Effectively represents department, division, or company at meetings. Assumes significant role on committees, projects, etc.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field with 7+ years of experience within Human Resources OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience that must include a minimum of 10 years of work experience within the Human Resource field.

    • Working knowledge in all areas pertinent to the management of all HR functions including compensation, staffing, employee involvement, EEO/AAP safety training and policy development.

    • Current knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to HR. 

    • Knowledge of organizational development strategies and adult learning principles.

    • Successful experience in leading organizational change.

    • Demonstrated ability in conflict management and counseling.

    • Excellent communication, organization, facilitation and creative problem solving skills are also required. Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
