Responsibilities: • Conduct consultations with clients located in Corona, CA, US to gain insights into their financial needs and offer personalized solutions. • Introduce a range of financial products, including life insurance, retirement planning, and various savings options. • Educate individuals, families, and small business owners on the importance of life insurance and effective wealth-building strategies. • Grow the client base by utilizing networking, referrals, and online marketing strategies specific to the Corona, CA region. • Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing consistent financial guidance that adapts to changing circumstances. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives with a focus on maintaining high ethical standards and customer satisfaction. • Participate in continuous professional development and leadership training opportunities provided by PHP. • Collaborate with a diverse team of financial experts to exchange knowledge and receive mentorship. Qualifications: • Strong commitment to promoting financial literacy, assisting individuals, and fostering financial independence. • Exceptional communication skills required to explain complex financial products clearly and concisely. • Self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, adept at time management and taking proactive initiatives. • Team player mindset with the ability to cooperate, exchange best practices, and contribute positively to a team setting. • Willingness to acquire a life insurance license, with guidance and support from PHP. • Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service with unwavering integrity. • High school diploma or equivalent is a must, while a college degree in business, finance, or related fields is advantageous. Compensation: $95,000 - $186,500 yearly
