Responsibilities: • Handling facilities financial transactions (ACH, deposits, reconciliation, and refunds) • Build, retrieve and verify spreadsheets • Complete and verify ACH checklists • Data retrieval from multiple programs • Compiling, verifying and entering financial information • Handle and resolve Customer Service phone calls professionally and timely • Creating and filing folders and daily paperwork • Weekly workload rotation with other team members (ACH, Deposit and Phone Calls) • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook) and other computer programs • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures • High detail orientation and organization Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Compensation: $16.50 per hour
