    A financial service-based company Is seeking to fill an operations management position.

    The position entails, supervising daily support operations of the department and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

    The candidate will lead a team of professionals to complete a wide range of services and duties. Candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations.
    • Provide inspired leadership for the department.
    • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
    • Carry out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies.
    • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
    • Help promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
    • Prepare reports and documentation.
    • Work closely supporting sales team efforts in building market share.
    • Oversee department budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
    • Work with senior stakeholders.
    • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
    • Support team communication with the management team.

    Skills:

    • 3 years of operations experience.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
    • Mentoring and Coaching abilities
    • Project Management, Competence in managing projects, including setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring successful completion.
    • Capable of working independently
    • Strong customer service skills required.
    • Team player with a pleasant attitude; eager and easy to work with
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Creative problem-solving skills.
    • Must be able to troubleshoot/fix various problems or issues.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
    • Ability to multi-task.

    Salary: $130K
