    SUMMARY:

    An exciting and well-established 100+ unit restaurant company within the QSR segment is seeking a well-organized

    and professional Financial Operations Manager. This individual must have 5+ years of experience in financial

    reporting, analysis, management, and restaurant operations to join our fast-paced team. This individual will add

    value to our growing team by performing as a liaison working alongside both the finance department and

    operations team. The Financial Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director of Finance and Facilities and

    will have a fluid, working relationship with the Directors of Operation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for multiple functions across all finance department functions,

    including, but not limited to AP, AR, GL, AMEX coding/management, chargebacks, permit maintenance, deposit

    audits, deposit reconciliations, new/existing contracts, budgets, and general financial review and reporting.

    Additionally, the F.O.M. will be familiar with store level operations as a part of a team to effectively create and

    implement strategies and solutions for cost reductions and improvements throughout the store – notably

    focused upon the “middle” of the P&L.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow, Financial Statement reviews/audits


    Prepare and review data for third-party firm for journal entries and P&L adjustments, accruals, etc…


    Review significant contracts and provide critical input to Senior Director of Finance & Facilities


    Identify and implement process improvements and solutions to help further the accounting and

    operations initiatives and company profitability


    Process stop payments, voids, ACH returns and necessary payment reissues


    Organize and retain proper records of all bank submissions and deposits to effectively manage projects


    Provide supporting documentation and input for treasury related accounting accruals, audits, and special

    requests


    Company credit card services and costs – chargebacks, refunds, corporate AMEX


    Establish and maintain bank accounts to manage company funds


    Routinely work with various levels of management to perform financial analysis, developing financial

    models, and preparing financial forecasts and budgets for all departments
