As part of an on-site, high-performing, client-centric small business in Green Bay, WI, we are looking to add an ambitious, honest, accurate, and ethical Paraplanner who can provide excellent service to clients. This position collaborates with our Advisors to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management to clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, considerate, and animal-loving team player seeking to work with hardworking individuals who enjoy helping people achieve financial security and peace of mind. One of our team members is a gentle office dog, so you must be comfortable around animals and willing to care for her, as needed. Responsibilities: • Analyze data and assist Advisors with the entire financial planning process to maximize efficiency and service to clients • Prepare client forms and agendas in alignment with needs for all client meetings • Identify, meet, and follow through with clients’ and Financial Advisors’ needs and requirements with keen attention to detail and a high level of effectiveness • Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts and financial planning data • Responsible for documenting client contact/calls and completing follow-up and workflows • Maintain files and records in accordance with the regulatory and compliance systems and protocol • Establish, service, monitor, and maintain client investment accounts (this includes contributions/distributions, beneficiary designations, and other changes) Qualifications: • This is a full-time on-site role in a professional office setting • Have current SIE, Series 66 (or equivalent), Series 7 (or 6), WI health, and WI life insurance licenses • 2-3 years of experience within the financial service industry are preferred • Experience working with LPL Financial is preferred • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Professional and positive attitude, friendly demeanor both in-person and by telephone • A high level of ethics, discretion, compliance, confidentiality to protect clients and team • Resilient self-directed individual who can work both independently and with a high-performance team Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
