    This Fast-Track program allows an agent to get licensed as a Financial Advisor to come into our firm and learn the systems and processes of financial planning. Within 1-2 years you could be a Partner in our Colorado office! Responsibilities: • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information • The Fast-Track program allows a candidate to speed up the process of becoming a Partner in the firm. Depending on previous management experience, the opportunity to become a recruiting Partner can take anywhere from 6 months to 18 months. In this process the candidate will need to get licensed with their life/health license, SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 as well as meet the contract requirements of building their financial planning practice. We have the #1 training program in the industry and will be hands on in helping you formulate the pathway to building the career. Qualifications: • B.A. or equivalent work experience necessary • 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry • Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
