    Vantage Point Financial is looking to add a key team member to our organization. We are seeking a Financial Planner or Paraplanner who is ready to help an already thriving company continue to grow. The ideal candidate is hard-working, success-oriented, and detail-focused. Responsibilities: As a Paraplanner, you will play an important role in supporting our advisors and delivering an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities • Prepare financial analyses and financial plans for clients • Assist with the analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios • Conduct investment research, reporting, and analysis • Provide support for processing client service needs • Assist with the creation and implementation of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience • Manage RMDs for qualified client accounts • Support tax-planning initiatives for a wide variety of clients • Develop effective working relationships with team members and internal departments to provide best-in-class service for clients • Participate in client sales and informational events/venues as needed • Actively participate in pre and post-client meeting support for the advisor team • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem-solving, and issue resolution • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for financial advisors/office Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Self-directed initiative and ability to work independently • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and managing client concerns • Experience in the financial industry, with proficiency in managing confidential paperwork and client interactions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively Qualifications: • Current CFP or CFP Candidate In-Process is a plus • 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred • Experience with RightCapital, Holistiplan, Kwanti, and Riskalyze is a plus • SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Certification is a plus • FINRA Series 65 Securities Licensing (must be active & in good standing) • Life & Health Insurance Licensing is a plus • Prior experience processing confidential paperwork and interacting with clients in an office setting • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including financial software and databases • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
