Financial Planning & Tax Specialist

Cincinnati, OH
Full Time
Paid
  • Responsibilities

We are a fee-only financial planning & tax preparation firm serving physicians nationwide. We are looking for a self-driven, compassionate, and knowledgeable Financial Planning & Tax Specialist. We're flexible on where you work: either in person (Cincinnati, OH), remote, or hybrid. We are authentic, genuine, fun, and very much "non-corporate." Our core values align with the importance of family and work/life balance; we don't "live to work" but rather "work to live" and will be flexible knowing that "life happens"; we don't want to have our team choose between work and family-as long as the job at hand gets done.

As a firm, we have big goals to continue to grow and increase our impact for those clients we currently serve and the clients we want to serve in the future. We are looking for a very talented Financial Planning & Tax Specialist who is wildly passionate about the journey we are on and will guide, inspire, and influence our clients, team, and outcomes.

The Financial Planning & Tax Specialist is a technical position. While not primarily client-facing, you need to be ready to...

Our firm is very focused on delivering exceptional financial planning to our clients. Every role in the company needs to be excited by the prospect of helping others through their financial plan. In addition, this particular role will need to be significantly talented in the preparation and delivery of our client’s tax returns.
