We're looking for a Financial Preparation Specialist with a strong background in tax case management, accounting, and financial analysis. If you have experience as a Tax Case Manager but are looking for a role focused on financial preparation rather than case management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Analyze & Review Financial Documents – Assess tax documents, including W-2s, 1099s, tax returns, and financial statements.
• Full Financial Assessments – Evaluate clients' income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• IRS Compliance & Standards – Compare national financial standards to actual client data, identifying discrepancies.
• Income Verification – Calculate paystubs and assess affordability based on financial details.
• Bank Statement Analysis – Track deposits, spending patterns, and cash flow.
• Data Entry & Documentation – Maintain detailed, accurate financial records in tax and financial software.
• Risk & Compliance Review – Identify financial risks while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience in tax case management, financial analysis, accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation.
✅ Strong understanding of IRS Fresh Start Programs, tax laws, and financial regulations.
✅ Ability to analyze and interpret financial documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
✅ Familiarity with financial standards and expense assessments.
✅ Proficiency in financial software and data entry.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for financial trends and discrepancies.
✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with tax and financial professionals.
