Responsibilities include securing the requisite insurance and investment licenses, developing a clientele, participating in training, learning New York Life's systems and solutions, and engaging in ongoing customer service. Responsibilities: • Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer Qualifications: • Must have effective relationship management skills • Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas • Required to effectively network to identify potential new clients • Current insurance and/or investment licenses are a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
