As a Financial Professional, you will help clients understand and achieve their financial goals by assessing their current financial situation, identifying goals, and creating tailored plans. You will provide guidance, educate clients on financial concepts, and offer ongoing support by monitoring and adjusting plans as needed. Additionally, will help clients manage emotions related to financial decisions and keep them motivated to stay on track. There is no prior finance experience needed. Responsibilities: • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Qualifications: • Ability to build and maintain relationships with strong communication • Enterprising spirit (desire to be your own boss and run your own practice) • Willingness to be coached and continue to learn • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred • Experience in sales & finance is helpful but not required Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
