This pivotal role will drive the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports to ensure precision and timeliness in all financial reporting. What You’ll Do:
- Lead monthly financial reporting processes, ensuring financial statements within GAAP
- Manage accounting activities for company divisions, including consolidation, cash forecasting and account reconciliations
- Manage audits, tax return filings, and quarterly compliance with bank reporting.
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and international reporting standards.
- Reconcile general ledger activities, analyze balance sheets, and lead budgeting processes.
- Lead and initiate process improvements and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, plus 3+ years in public accounting or audit.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Strong organizational skills and precision with multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels.
