This pivotal role will drive the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports to ensure precision and timeliness in all financial reporting. This is a perfect role for someone wanting to pivot from public accounting to a corporate position!

      What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly financial reporting processes, ensuring financial statements within GAAP
• Manage accounting activities for company divisions, including consolidation, cash forecasting and account reconciliations
• Manage audits, tax return filings, and quarterly compliance with bank reporting.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and international reporting standards.
• Reconcile general ledger activities, analyze balance sheets, and lead budgeting processes.
• Lead and initiate process improvements and ad hoc accounting projects as needed

      What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, plus 3+ years in public accounting or audit.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong organizational skills and precision with multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels.
