Banyan Search is assisting an exceptional client based in the Triad with their search for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant. This position will support the financial reporting process including internal and external financial reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the monthly and quarterly closing process
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support the preparation and review of SEC filings including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
- Perform account reconciliations
- Prepare analytical reviews of financial statements
- Assist with preparation of schedules for external auditors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
- Public accounting experience strongly required
- CPA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
