Linda Buccilli – Managing Director:
How long with NM? Linda has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2011.
Prior Experience? Linda was a business owner starting at the age of 19. She opened and successfully ran a gift basket store, which became her foundation for entrepreneurship and business success.
Passionate About? Family is Linda's top priority, especially spending time with her grown-up boys. She enjoys volunteering in the community, walking her Corgi, Gigi, and indulging in her love for Italian food. Building strong relationships and sharing laughter are also key aspects of her personal life.
Sabrina Torrella – Financial Advisor:
How long with NM? Sabrina has been with Northwestern Mutual for 10 years.
Prior Experience? Sabrina, originally from Brazil, began her career working at a bank there. After moving to Florida, she served as a branch manager at Bank of America before transitioning to a financial advisor role.
Passionate About? Sabrina enjoys kickboxing as a way to stay active, and she loves riding on her husband Eric's Harley. She is also a big fan of Disney, which is a passion she shares with her family.
Gabe Montesino – Growth & Development Director:
How long with NM? Gabe has been with Northwestern Mutual for 5 years.
Prior Experience? Before joining NM, Gabe worked in sales for Heineken, gaining valuable experience in the business world.
Passionate About? Gabe is deeply passionate about his family and enjoys spending quality time with his children. He was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and has strong ties to his heritage, regularly participating in community activities. In his downtime, Gabe enjoys playing dominoes and soccer.
About the Financial Representative Role: As a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning. Your role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
Qualifications:
Education: A specific level of education is not required.
Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance or business development is beneficial but not required.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
