Responsibilities: • Develop and Implement Strategy: Partner with EVP of Business Development to create and execute innovative recruiting strategies targeting the inexperienced advisor candidate. • Generate Leads: Source top candidates in the inexperienced financial advisor, college grad, and career changer markets. • Pipeline Management: Utilize career fairs, job fairs, networking events, and technology to build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates. • Screen Candidates: Conduct thorough interviews and prepare/schedule candidates for second interviews. • Candidate Engagement: Ensure candidates remain aware of the opportunity and receive drip campaigns. • Collaborate with Marketing: Manage referral processes and social media campaigns to attract top talent. • Network and Develop Referrals: Identify and nurture Centers of Influence to build a robust referral network. • Maintain Systems: Ensure the integrity of the talent management systems and continuously improve upon existing processes. • Make Offers; Prepare and extend offers to qualified candidates ensuring the processes are followed for licensing, contracting, assessments, background checks etc. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of successful sales recruiting experience; or experience in the financial services industry preferred. • Ability to attract and inspire candidates about Coastal Wealth and the Advisory Career. • Ability to translate recruiting goals into effective strategies. • Experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategies and social media campaigns. • Strong networking skills and excellent communication abilities. • Technologically savvy to maximize recruiting efficiencies. • Sales competencies (strategic thinker, listener, influencer, customer-oriented, goal-driven). Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
