We are a dedicated group of driven, ambitious professionals, eager to impact people’s lives as we rapidly expand our offices across Iowa and Illinois.

    Position Qualifications:

    Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges

    Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.

    Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.

    Willingness and ability to obtain a Life insurance license and other financial certifications.

    Jim was formerly a jewelry salesperson.

    Kraigg Knary:

    Transitioned to Modern Woodmen one year ago with a background in P&C insurance.

    Well-connected in Moline, IL, 3 daughters and 3 grandkids. Kraigg's wife has a successful career at John Deere.

    He is a strong manager evolving into a mentor, passionate about helping others succeed, and enjoys outdoor activities like riding his side-by-side.

    Jason McPeak:

    Starting at Modern Woodmen on May 1st and expected to become a Managing Partner within six months.

    Based in Bloomington, IL, with a history of success in insurance.

    Driven individual with aspirations to grow into a leadership role within the company.

    About Jeremy Beck - Regional Director:

    Jeremy Beck's personal journey is one of commitment and family devotion. As a father of two boys and a dedicated husband, Jeremy discovered his passion for financial services at the age of 13, inspired by witnessing a representative help his father earn success through financial planning. Beyond his financial career, Jeremy finds joy in coaching and playing soccer, often spending his free time chasing his boys around the soccer field.

    Professionally, Jeremy started at Modern Woodmen in a corporate role and recently realigned his path to merge his passions with the field. His diverse experiences, including working with competitor companies, contribute to his unique perspective. Jeremy values authenticity, seeking individuals with a history of overcoming hardships and exceptional talent in their current positions. Joining Modern Woodmen, Jeremy found a home in a region that prioritizes people, fosters a judgment-free environment, and passionately offers opportunities for families to create better lives.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance and financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.

    Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.

    Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development goals.

    Skills:

    Effective negotiation.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency with client management software.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
