This role includes providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in financial management, and informing them about our array of financial offerings. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, keen critical thinking skills, and proficient decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and manage customer portfolios effectively • Offer advice and guidance to potential and new clients by assessing their financial situations and priorities to present suitable plan options tailored to their specific needs successfully • Engage in timely training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to secure required licenses • Maintain a consistently high level of customer service Qualifications: • Effective communication skills are a must for this position • The candidate should possess or be open to obtaining a Life/Health insurance license • Should have a genuine desire to help others • Previous experience in sales and/or business preferred • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce software • Being bilingual is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000+ yearly
