This position involves delivering top-notch customer service, supporting clients with managing their finances and offering details about our range of financial products and services. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding and maintaining customer portfolios effectively • Provide guidance and advice to potential and new clients, evaluating their financial situations and priorities to offer suitable plan options that cater to their specific needs successfully • Participate in timely training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to acquire necessary licenses • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service is maintained Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role • The candidate must have or be willing to acquire a Life/Health insurance license • Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 licenses is required • A proactive attitude is a key attribute we are looking for • A genuine passion for assisting others is crucial • A 4-year College Degree is highly preferred • Previous experience in sales and/or business is advantageous • Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce software would be beneficial • Being bilingual is considered a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000+ yearly
