Financial Services Representative - Frisco, TX We are seeking a dedicated individual in the Dallas area to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. This position involves delivering top-notch customer service, supporting clients with financial management, and offering details about our range of financial products and services. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, sharp critical thinking acumen, and adept decision-making abilities. Responsibilities: • Utilize sales/CRM databases, customer records, and related organizational tools to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales goals • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing customer portfolios • Maintain consistent quality customer service • Educate and consult new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable plan options that successfully meet their individual needs • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile • Stay abreast of industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements and continuing education • Attend training (both virtual and in-person) and obtain relevant licenses in a timely fashion Qualifications: Required: • Candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills • Candidate must be licensed and/or willing to obtain a Life/Health insurance license • Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 • Go-getter mindset • Strong desire to help others • Demonstrate self-discipline in a hybrid work environment • Capable of working individually as well as in a team environment • Candidate must have the ability to attend periodic training located in Frisco, TX • Business Professional Attire Preferred: • 4-year College Degree • Prior sales and/or business experience • Bilingual a plus • Zoom proficiency for virtual settings • Some experience with a CRM/Salesforce is beneficial Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000+ yearly
