Responsibilities: Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend the best solutions.Product Offerings: Provide financial products like life insurance, retirement plans, and savings options.Customer Education: Help clients understand why life insurance and wealth-building strategies are important and guide them in making informed decisions.Networking & Client Acquisition: Grow your client base through referrals, networking, and marketing strategies.Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing advice and support as their financial needs change.Sales Targets: Hit or exceed your sales goals while providing top-notch customer service.Training & Development: Keep learning through PHP’s training programs, improving your product knowledge and leadership skills.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other financial professionals, share ideas, and receive ongoing support from mentors.
