As a Financial & Strategic Analyst at New U Life, you will play a crucial role in steering the company's strategic direction through in-depth financial and sales analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced data analytics to identify trends, forecast financial outcomes, and provide actionable strategic insights.
- Develop financial models and simulations to support decision-making on new projects, product strategies, and capital investments.
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify patterns, assess performance metrics, and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates on the company’s financial status, highlighting opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making, including pricing, discount analysis, and promotional models.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and explanations for budget versus actual results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, or another quantitative field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence or a data-driven strategic role, preferably within the Direct Sales industry (MLM).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with analytical tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, or DOMO).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to perform complex financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present information and influence decision-making.
