    As a Financial & Strategic Analyst at New U Life, you will play a crucial role in steering the company's strategic direction through in-depth financial and sales analysis. This position demands a keen understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to support senior management. You will be tasked with blending technical skills and strategic thinking to generate insights that influence business decisions and drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize advanced data analytics to identify trends, forecast financial outcomes, and provide actionable strategic insights.
    • Develop financial models and simulations to support decision-making on new projects, product strategies, and capital investments.
    • Analyze sales and financial data to identify patterns, assess performance metrics, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Provide regular updates on the company’s financial status, highlighting opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making, including pricing, discount analysis, and promotional models.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
    • Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and explanations for budget versus actual results.
    • Extract and transform data into actionable insights, focusing on sales forecasts, COGS, operating expenses, and market trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and improve the sales and financial processes across the company.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership that include strategic recommendations based on robust data analysis.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, or another quantitative field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence or a data-driven strategic role, preferably within the Direct Sales industry (MLM).
    • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with analytical tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, or DOMO).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to perform complex financial modeling and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present information and influence decision-making.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects independently as well as part of a team.
