    Financial Systems Manager - SAP

    Our Client a Fortune 150 Company is looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Business Financial Systems Manager with a specialization in SAP to join their accounting department. This role is crucial in driving business initiatives and partnering with IT teams to take projects from initial ideas to successful completion.


    Your Responsibilities on the Team

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the accounting department and IT teams.
    • Manage and optimize various SAP modules, including MBC, Financial Control, and Asset Management.
    • Utilize SAP ecosystem products such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere to enhance financial reporting and data analysis.
    • Lead and manage financial systems projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Provide expertise in accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within SAP systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • CPA certification is highly desirable.
    • Extensive experience with SAP modules (MBC, Financial Control, Asset Management) and SAP ecosystem products (SAC, Datasphere).
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Proven track record of managing financial systems projects from inception to completion.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
    • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Power Query.
    • Familiarity with other FP&A tools such as Hyperion.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

    $167,000 per year
