Job Summary:

The Financial and Accounting Specialist will manage financial statements, prepare call reports, and ensure accurate financial reporting. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting is required. Preferably within a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with call report preparation and filing
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting
• Experience with financial statements and call reports
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
