    What You Will Do...

    • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including front-of-house managers, servers, and support staff.
    • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and fine dining service, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
    • Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen leadership to align front- and back-of-house operations seamlessly.
    • Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with all regulations.
    • Drive staff training and development to enhance service standards and team morale.
    • Develop and execute strategies for guest retention and community engagement.
    • Be a visible leader on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring a top-tier dining experience.
    • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations.
    • Oversee event planning and private dining experiences, ensuring flawless execution.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fine dining environment.
    • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, P&L management, and cost controls.
    • Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships.
    • Experience collaborating with culinary teams to maintain a seamless front- and back-of-house operation.
    • Knowledge of wine and beverage programs to enhance the guest experience.
    • Current SERVSAFE Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fine dining setting.

    Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Salary Range
