About Us: Servpro is a locally respected builder specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction. We are known for our attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professional integrity. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter with leadership experience to take on a dual role as Job Superintendent.

Position Overview: This unique position blends hands-on finish carpentry with on-site management responsibilities. The right candidate is a master craftsman who can also lead a crew, coordinate subcontractors, and manage jobsite schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality finish carpentry: trim, doors, cabinetry, built-ins, etc.

Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise small crews and subcontractors

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project vision is realized

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Order materials and track inventory for assigned jobs

Ensure work meets or exceeds company quality standards and building codes

Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly and professionally

Any additional trade experience is a bonus

Qualifications:

5+ years of finish carpentry experience (custom residential preferred)

Prior supervisory or job site management experience required

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Comfortable with job tracking and basic documentation

Must have own tools and valid driver's license
