Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Trim Carpenter to join our team. We are a commercial & residential restoration company , dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to our clients. Job Title: Trim/Finish Carpenter Location: Austin, Texas Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Install and finish decorative trim and molding in accordance with architectural plans and specifications. Measure, cut, and fit trim pieces using power tools and precision cutting techniques. Select appropriate materials based on aesthetic, durability, and budget requirements. Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, staining, painting, and varnishing to achieve desired appearance. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure proper installation and address design or construction challenges. Prepare work area and clean up after completing trim work. Problem-solve and adapt techniques to overcome challenges and maintain quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and building codes to ensure a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with trim selections and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter or similar role. Proficient in using power tools and precision cutting techniques. Strong knowledge of different types of wood, composite materials, and synthetic moldings. Skilled in finishing techniques and joining trim pieces securely. Skilled in Dry wall , texture & paint. Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits:
