This position helps plan and assign work. It is a role that requires critical and creative thinking.

Responsibilities for the Interior

Follow blueprints and building plans.

Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and doors (interior & exteriors). Including door sills.

Plan and build drop ceilings where necessary.

Measure & cut, wood, plastic, and other materials.

Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.

Layout and install kitchen cabinets, and vanities.

Communicate and correspond with all trades people. Including Electrical.

Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers.

Occasionally calculate stair stringers rise and run & install.

Being capable of working with all of these materials and installing them with 1/16” tolerance

Responsibilities for the Exterior

Instruct and direct laborers in many aspects including weatherproofing.

Estimate, layout, install LP smart siding and or Fiber cement siding.

Layout and install specified siding

Occasionally calculate stair stringers rise and run & install.

Being capable of working with all of these materials and installing them with 1/16” tolerance
