Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
- Utilize CAD and CAM software to create and modify designs as needed.
- Implement and maintain ERP software for tracking production and inventory.
- Conduct troubleshooting on fabrication processes and equipment to resolve issues promptly.
- Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure precision in fabrication.
- Perform quality control checks using quality control software and vision systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve fabrication processes and efficiency.
- Document and report on production metrics and quality assurance findings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding setups.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM software.
- Experience with ERP software for production management.
- Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Knowledge of quality control software and vision systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
