� Position Overview: We’re seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide health care to clients throughout the Phoenix Metro area. This is an ideal opportunity to continue doing what you love while enjoying steady, manageable scheduling and truly appreciative families.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Follow personalized care plans and support health goals
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with families and other professionals
• Keep thorough, thoughtful documentation
• Share your knowledge — and your heart — with patients who count on you

✅ Requirements:

• AZ (or compact) Nursing License
• Valid Class D Driver’s License
• Current BLS Certification
• TB Test or Chest X-ray (within the past 12 months)
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZDPS)
• Article 9 Training (we can help you get this if needed)
