    Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities:

    The Part Finisher is responsible for the final finishing processes of industrial 3D printed manufactured parts, ensuring that each piece meets the highest quality standards. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of various finishing techniques, including sanding and polishing.

    Key Responsibilities

    ? Sanding: Smooth and finish parts using various sanding techniques and tools to ensure a flawless surface free of imperfections.

    ? Polishing: Polish parts to achieve a high-quality finish, enhancing their appearance and durability.

    ? Quality Inspection: Thoroughly inspect parts for defects, applying an eye for detail to identify and rectify any issues.

    ? Tool Maintenance: Maintain and care for all tools and equipment used in the finishing process, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

    ? Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during the finishing process.

    ? Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure all finishing tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

    Minimum Skills/Mandatory Skills/Experience Needed for Hire:

    ? Detail-Oriented: An exceptional eye for detail to identify and address even the smallest imperfections.

    ? Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in sanding and finishing, is highly desirable.

    ? Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various finishing tools and equipment.

    ? Physical Stamina: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

    ? Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and correct any issues that arise during the finishing process.

    ? Communication: Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and supervisors.

    The Part Finisher will work in a manufacturing or production environment, which may involve exposure to dust, noise, and other typical factory conditions. Appropriate safety measures and personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided and must be used at all times.
