Fire Alarm Service Technician – Miami, FL or Fort Lauderdale, FL
($30–$40/hr + Company Vehicle + Benefits + PTO)
Are you the kind of tech who takes pride in clean installs and solving problems others can’t? Do you want to work with a team that respects your experience and helps you grow instead of holding you back?
If you’re a Fire Alarm Technician looking for more support, better projects, and a company that actually invests in you—this might be your next move.
What You Get to Do:
Service, inspect, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems—no rushed work, no cutting corners.
Troubleshoot systems like a pro, clearly communicate solutions to both the service team and the client.
Work independently or on a tight-knit team that’s focused on doing things right the first time.
Represent a company that’s known for clean work, honest communication, and treating techs with respect.
Occasionally take on early-morning or after-hours calls—we keep it fair, and you’ll be supported when you’re needed.
What You’ve Already Done:
You’re FASA/BASA certified in Florida.
You’ve got strong troubleshooting skills and a sharp eye for detail.
You communicate well—with customers, office staff, and other techs.
You show up on time, keep your gear in order, and take pride in professional work.
You’ve got your own set of hand tools and diagnostic equipment (we’ll provide the rest).
NICET I or II is a plus—but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll pay for your courses, books, and exam.
Why You Would Do It:
You’re tired of working for companies that don’t back their techs or invest in their growth.
You want to be part of a team where knowledge is shared, your work is respected, and your future is supported.
You’re looking for stability, great pay, and real benefits—401(k) + match, paid time off, company vehicle + gas card, health insurance, and support for professional development.
You’re ready to do your best work again—and be part of a company that still cares about quality.
