Title: Lead Fire Alarm Technician
Requirements: FAL, NICET, EST3/4 certifications
Location: Houston and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday with opportunities for OT

Job Description:

• Install, program, test, repair, and service fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems.
• Interpret and work with blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Understand and apply building, mechanical, sprinkler, and fire codes.
• Operate and demonstrate systems, commission new systems, and identify malfunctions.
• Execute technical aspects of projects, including programming, graphics development, certification testing, customer training, and ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with Project and Operations Managers to coordinate projects and improve customer satisfaction.
