    Position: Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fire protection sales , with expertise in either fire alarm , fire sprinkler , or both. A strong background in estimating, prospecting, and closing deals is essential. Experience with clean agent systems, pre-action systems, Stat-X, and new construction bidding is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Estimate and bid on new opportunities for fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler services (service, inspections, tenant improvements, and/ or new construction).
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new and recurring business.
    • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
    • Track sales activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.

    Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection sales (alarm, sprinkler, or both).
    • Strong knowledge of fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler systems, codes, and industry practices.
    • Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing sales.
    • Experience working with property managers, contractors, and building owners.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
    • Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, when not attending job walks or client meetings.
