Role Overview:
As a Fire Chaser Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for property owners impacted by fires. Your role is critical in providing immediate assistance, building relationships, and guiding clients through the restoration process. This position is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Customer Engagement:
Respond promptly to fire incidents and connect with property owners in need of restoration services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance agents, and emergency response teams.
Consult with property owners to assess needs and offer tailored restoration solutions.
✅ Business Development & Lead Management:
Actively monitor fire incidents using the Fire Notification Application and manage all assigned leads.
Participate in local events and networking opportunities to promote PuroClean’s services.
Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in Luxor CRM.
✅ Insurance & Claims Navigation:
Guide customers through the insurance claims process to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with emergency response agencies and insurance professionals to implement restoration plans.
✅ Sales Performance & Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas as outlined in the compensation plan.
Provide a monthly revenue forecast and maintain a 30/60/90-day sales funnel.
Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with management to discuss progress and strategies.
Qualifications:
✔ 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or insurance-related industries. ✔ Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and emergency response teams. ✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. ✔ Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory (some regional and national travel may be required). ✔ Experience with Luxor CRM or similar sales tracking tools is a plus.
