We are looking for a Fire Extinguisher Technician - Licensed preferred, if not licensed, must be willing to get licensed within 60 days. You will be driving a company truck to the locations daily. Most of the time you will be meeting and communicating with the customers and we ask that you maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when working at the locations. Responsibilities: • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of fire and safety equipment, including but not limited to portable fire extinguishers, repair fire suppression systems, emergency exit lights, and fire alarms, in accordance with applicable NFPA codes, state codes and regulations, and manufacturer requirements. • Complete related inspection reports and other work order documents pertaining to work completed, communicate with office and Manager on schedule and progress throughout the day. Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must possess a clean driving record. • Basic hand tools and mechanical knowledge. • Ability to complete and pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting (after passing the state exam). • Able to work independently. • Professional communication with customers and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Compensation: $18 - $26 hourly
