Job Description:
Perferred minimum 5 to 10 years design experience for all types of water-based fire sprinkler systems with some time of that catered to the estimating and sales process including personal aptitude for the same.
Perferred but not necessary NICET Level 2 or 3, or desire of working toward certification to Level 3.
Competent and proficient in NFPA 13 Standards and other related standards and codes.
Able to view bid drawings along with technical experience using best practices to determine hazard classification for product and storage etc., including design criteria for density requirements and proper sprinkler system piping layout including understanding of hydraulic calculations.
Able to self-direct, follow through and problem solve solutions iwth a solid work ethic to complete projects accurately, efficiently to meet deadlines, along with multi-tasking simultaneous projects.
Foster excellent communication and inyerpersonal skills at all levels for a collaborative work culture.
Fostering strong working relationships and clear communication skills with ability to ask questions, listen to what others have to say and to build on the ability to actually ask for the order and close.
Continually build rapport with customers, clients, office staff, and field crews.
Desire to be pro-active in the estimating and sales process.
Desire to excel and take on challenges in this amazing trade and career choice.

Employee Benefits:
Salary commensurate with level of experience, expertise and competence detailed in job description.
Base salary between $50,000 and $75,000 with negotiated bonus/incentive plan as noted.
Bonus/incentive plan based upon individual and team performance.
Paid vacation, national holidays, paid time off. Vacation escalates with time served.
Paid NICET Certification testing as applicable.
Work at updated company offices with pleasant atmosphere, 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday.
