Summary: The Fire & Water Production Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, management development and staff development. The Restoration Production Manager is also a first responder on Emergency fire and water loss situations and has a secondary position of understanding , organizing and directing on site activities.
As the Fire & Water Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration. This front-line leader will guide their team to operational excellence:
Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
Educate customer on the mitigation, remediation or cleaning process that will take place in their home or business
Act as a conduit between client and insurance representative to ensure a seamless project
Schedule , coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide services on active projects to include subcontractors
Review job sites documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process

Sub Contractors: Manage and communicate scope of work with specialty sub-contactors, : Electronics Restoration, Dry Cleaners, Document Restoration, Rental Equipment, GC for Board up, Tarping & Temp Structures, Electrician (Temp power)
Sub Contractor Paperwork: Certificates of Insurances ( COI) , Sub contractor agreement, W-9
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required , Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Industry Certifications preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in mitigation operations
Minimum 1 year management experience
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Physical and Work Environment Requirements: This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment : however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. . Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts , pushing/pulling/lifting/ carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. the employee is occasionally exposed toa Varity of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites manty be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements: This is a full-time position working 7:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, 45 Hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours ( Beyond 8 hours a day) , including evenings, weekends and on call hours as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Salary will be bases on experience .
