Who We're Looking For:
B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in consultative sales, particularly within the fire and life safety or related industries.
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of fire safety systems, equipment, and relevant codes.
Self-Discipline & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage your time effectively and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Clear Communicator: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to clients.
Adaptable & Independent: Capable of working independently while thriving in a variety of work environments.
About the Role:
As a Fire & Life Safety Consultant with Kitchen Guard, you will play an integral role in safeguarding lives and property by providing expert advice and consultation on fire safety matters. You'll also be responsible for outside sales, expanding our client base, and promoting comprehensive fire and life safety services. With minimal competition and a mandated need for our solutions, you'll have a competitive edge in this vital industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fire and life safety sector.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
Present and demonstrate Kitchen Guard's solutions, ensuring customers understand the full value of our services.
Conduct on-site inspections, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate fire and life safety solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals, including safety recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide the best possible consultation.
Ensure all recommendations and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
Capable of lifting over 40 pounds and using ladders.
