    Job Summary

    We are seeking a full-time Fire and Security Alarm Technician to join our dynamic and growing team! In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to travel to various locations and job sites, installing or repairing a diverse range of residential and commercial fire and security systems. This may also include locks of all types, access control, CCTV, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial and residential fire and security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and analytical thinking.

    Responsibilities

    Travel to various locations in Maine and New Hampshire and independently program, service, inspect, and troubleshoot basic and complex fire and security alarm systems

    As a part of a small team, install new fire and security systems, including electronic locks, alarms, CCTVs, and more

    Attend weekly team meetings

    Maintain appropriate equipment and restock vehicle and supplies as needed

    Maintain thorough and accurate logs of work completed at all times

    Communicate and coordinate with co-workers, customers, builders, and office staff as necessary to achieve daily workload goals

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma is mandatory

    A low-voltage electrical license with industry experience is preferred

    Knowledge of NFPA72, NEC, and Industry standards for fire alarm installation

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Outstanding attention to detail

    Strong communication and listening skills

    Excellent work ethic
