We need veteran Roofing Pro's, who can spot a damaged roof, not afraid to climb up on a ladder - to take a comprehensive photo set and have experience door knocking and ultimately rock when it comes to selling roofing jobs. If you have done this - then you will do extremely well working for our PA firm as an INSURANCE CLAIM ADVOCATE.

Now we don't sell roofs but we do get the insurance company to pay for them which is why you need experience in inspecting, identifying and documenting damage to roofing systems (shingle, metal, tile). We can teach you the rest in order for you to be wildly successful in your new career.

We are a top-rated public adjusting firm in the State of Florida.

You need to be a road warrior willing to drive to residential homes or commercial properties that may have been damaged or recently impacted by catastrophic events like hurricanes or tornadoes..

Knock 25 doors, you can easily make $1000.by the signed contracts you obtain. Who doesn’t want this job! If you have door-to-door experience, this will be easy for you. If you have no experience, but have the ability to easily knock doors and engage with homeowners, then this job is also for you. We will train you!!

We also provide you with company-furnished leads and daily appointment setting - where we schedule the leads for you (typical daily schedules/appointments run as follows: 9AM, 1PM, 3PM and 5PM) where you visit the homeowner's who have agreed to have an onsite property damage inspection performed. You inspect the roof, climb on the ladder, take photographs and complete a field inspection sheet if the homeowner signs - you get paid a $50.00 as a sign up incentive plus you receive a 30% commission of the PA fee which is charged once that claim settles. While you are in the affected neighborhood - you door-knock to sign up other neighbors. That is generally how our reps grow their accounts, sign ONE = good conversions to sign up others in the same neighborhood.

YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMIT TO A DAILY SCHEDULE TO WORK FROM 9AM TO 6PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY SINCE WE WILL BE SETTING LEAD APPOINTMENTS FOR YOU EACH DAY THAT YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE TO THOSE CLIENTS TO INSPECT THOSE HOMES.

COMPENSATION

• Optimal commission structure.
• Average of $1,000.00-$3,500.00 per settled claim
• weekly, and monthly sales contests with opportunities for bonus payouts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, driven with the ability to work autonomously.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and inspect a roof (single to multi-story building).
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.
• Must be able to pass a background check
