As we grow and bring new agents onto The Rasner Group real estate team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to join us and help create serious momentum in our business.

    Position Overview:

    As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our team. You will work closely with the Owner/President, Ilya Rasner, to streamline the business operations, implement efficient systems, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. Your primary focus will be on building the team and the systems, ensuring that our team operates at the highest level of productivity and efficiency. You will be an active member of the team participating in many facets of the business. Like us, you are deeply passionate about helping people and you love to collaborate with others! We are hard working, love to have fun, and find humor in the chaos. This role is hybrid and on the go.  You will be based in our Boston, Back Bay office.  The expectation is that you can be in the office three days a week, you have transportation to travel to meetings and engagements in the Boston metro area(we will pay your milage), and you love that no two days will be the same!

Networking with peers in the industry will be essential to improving and growing the operations of the business. You intuitively know how to flex your style to meet the needs of your audience.

    • YOU are an Experienced Leader: You will recruit, hire, nurture, and develop team members, providing mentorship, training, and support to foster their professional growth and enhance overall team performance. You will be the go-to person for everyone—the “glue” of the team, who will jump in at all levels to lend a hand and help others out.

    • YOU will manage Marketing Initiatives: From social media to the website, you will be hands-on implementing marketing initiatives.

    • Mobility: Able to travel around the Greater Boston area and have reliable transportation.
