This is a remote position.
Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will aid the marketing team’s efforts to drive qualified leads for sales. The ideal candidate should have a high attention to detail, be tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to analyze data.
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Duties:
Communicate with potential clients & schedule meetings
Purchase gifts online to give to clients & handle shipping
Perform research and report on new ideas/topics
Set up and improve upon repeatable systems and business processes
Enter data into various platforms
Assist with special projects
Make phone calls & send emails
Assist in the creation & execution of a “Dream 100” marketing campaign
Complete other tasks as assigned
Requirements Key Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Suite (especially with Google Sheets)
Ability to thrive in a remote environment
Good note taker & well organized
Ability to produce high quality work without direct supervision
Extremely detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take ownership of projects
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is requested but not required. We will accept qualified experience in lieu of a degree.
