DISHWASHER EXPERIENCE:

• 1-year previous experience
• Dependable
• Good sense of urgency
• Flexible availability

LINE + PREP COOK EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of experience minimum in a high volume restaurant
• Basic Knife handling
• Food safety knowledge
• Staff training and motivation
• Full availability

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly (commensurate with experience)
• All full-time BOH are eligible the first of the month following 60 days of employment. This includes medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage.
• All full-time BOH employees are eligible for PTO time this year and vacation time starting Jan 1.
• A 401k plan is offered to all including part-time after one year, provided the employee is 21 or over and has worked 1000 hours.
