WHAT IS THIS JOB ABOUT?
The Inside Sales Representatives primary function is to engage with homeowners and close business over the phone with potential and current customers. Our must successful Sales Representatives are able to effectively maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
WHAT DOES A TOP CONTENDER FOR THIS POSITION LOOK LIKE?
- You have a successful track record of at least 3 years of phone sales and are a proven closer
- You are a tenacious salesperson who is driven to continue to meet and exceed sales goals – you don’t take rejection personally, you see it as a challenge
- You have exceptional technical skills and can easily navigate multiple computer systems and CRM systems simultaneously
- You have a big appetite for learning! You are keen on turning training and feedback into action and continuous self-improvement
- You are adaptable and can think on your feet. When faced with new challenges or tough conversations, failure simply isn’t an option
- Your high level of integrity makes you a great representative of First American; you believe in what you’re selling and enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
