This plumbing service company is looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented person to add to our team of First Impression Representatives.

As an FIR your top priority is our customers!

This is an inbound call answering position where you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Answering inbound phone calls within 2 rings

Gathering information for customers and scheduling them a service appointment

Answering emails and creating call back tickets for management

Calling leads to schedule service

Looking for someone to be available to work all shifts, we are open from 7am to 8:30pm Monday through Saturday and 8 am to 8pm on Sunday.
