Join Our Manufacturing Client as an Experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician!

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical expertise in a manufacturing setting. If you have a proven track record in equipment troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, and mechanical repair, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation equipment, including conveyor systems and servo motors.
• Maintain and service Allen Bradley machines to ensure top performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist with general facilities maintenance as required.
• Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Research and recommend equipment and process improvements to meet future operational needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and entry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Experienced in maintaining industrial automation equipment, including servo and fan motor replacements.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM, rotating schedule:
  • Week 1: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
  • Week 2: Wed, Sat, Sun
• Pay range is: $32-$35 per hour, dependent on experience.
